You get a full money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we'll issue a credit for the full amount paid toward your next purchase, valid for 12 months.

To request a refund or credit, email info@oshascorm.org or call 1-866-429-6742 with your order number. We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved requests within 3-5 business days, to the original payment method where possible.

Renewals

Course licenses do not renew automatically. Before your license expires, we'll email you a renewal notice. Nothing is charged until you place a new order.

Our Guarantee

Guaranteed delivery. Standard SCORM packages are delivered within 24 hours of successful payment. Custom-branded (white-label) packages are delivered within 7 business days.

Guaranteed value. If you find the identical course package offered elsewhere at a lower price within 30 days of purchase, send us the listing and we'll refund the difference.
